What is the difference between the Fall CANECT Essentials and the 2022 Spring CANECT Conference?

The CANECT Environmental Compliance and Due Diligence Essentials Conference is a learning opportunity for those who were unable to attend the Spring CANECT 2022 conference this past April

Much of the course content for the November 15 Environmental Regulation & Compliance Essentials course is the same as the Spring event. If you have more questions, or want to learn more about what was covered in April, it would be good to attend.

For the Ontario’s Excess Soils Regulation course on November 16, it will be much more focused on the Regulation and its impacts and requirements, than on contaminated sites, emerging contaminants, PFAS/PFOS, etc., that the Spring CANECT course had. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussions, as it’s clear that everyone has questions about how the Regulation affects them and what their responsibilities under it are.
