Heather Feil, Manager of Environmental Operations Systems, City of Calgary. Heather serves as the Manager of Environmental Operations Systems at the City of Calgary. Her team leads the implementation, sustainment, and continual improvement of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems across high-risk areas of City of Calgary operations and capital projects. This work helps embed environmental requirements into planning, construction, infrastructure delivery and day-to-day operations.
